About Alexandra Vincelli, ACC

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, I was deeply rooted in my culture yet always drawn to discovering more about people. Montreal’s rich and diverse landscape is a fascinating blend of old-world charm and modern complexities—cosmopolitan, multicultural, and perpetually under construction, as the locals love to joke.

But then again, aren’t we all?

I love the concept of a bridge being something that connects and moves forward. The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco always stunned me in its

gentle enormity and zen-like strength.

I’ve always been drawn to the symbolism of a bridge—an elegant connection between where we are and where we’re going. The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco has always captivated me, its vast yet graceful presence embodying both quiet strength and forward motion,

a masterpiece of resilience suspended between two shores.

A natural connector, I’ve always been captivated by the art of understanding people.

I am captivated by the dynamics of human connection and communication. My fascination with human behavior led me to pursue an undergraduate degree in Psychology at McGill University, with a minor in Sociology. Further graduate studies in Public Relations, Management, and Communications solidified my passion for understanding people—how we connect, how we communicate, and what makes every interaction so powerful.

My fascination with transformation led me to explore what makes some people embrace change while others resist it. Driven by this curiosity, I became a certified Professional and Personal Coach (PPCC) through the John Molson Executive Center at Concordia University, an ICF-accredited program. Earning my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation further deepened my commitment to this work. Coaching has become my true passion, allowing me to integrate its most powerful elements—active listening, insightful questioning, and creating the space for profound growth and lasting transformation.

And in my spare time...

I love having meaningful conversations about mental health on my podcast, Anxious Millennial, where I interview guests about taking good care of ourselves, our brains, with some musings on pop culture and wellness.

In my spare time, you’ll catch me skiing, having coffee, walking about town, listening to classic rock, or planning my next trip.

Thank you for reading my story.
